Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is handcrafted after your order is placed and takes approximately 15 days to make. Once ready, it is securely packed and dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.

We deliver pan-India. Shipping timelines vary depending on your destination and are shared with you once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

Fragile and larger pieces are packed in reinforced, protective packaging designed to keep your décor safe during transit. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

International delivery is available on request. Please enquire via WhatsApp with your location and the pieces you're interested in, and we'll share shipping cost and timelines.
