Every Ekam by Seri piece is handmade using traditional Lippan and mirror-work techniques. Slight variations in colour, texture, mirror placement and finish are natural to handcrafted work and are not considered defects — they're part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

• Orders are confirmed once payment (or an agreed advance for bespoke/bulk orders) is received.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice for orders not yet confirmed.
• Custom commissions and corporate/bulk orders are quoted individually over WhatsApp or email.

Orders are handcrafted after confirmation and typically take about 15 days to make before dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

• Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are only accepted before production has started.
• As handmade décor, items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a resolution.

All designs, photography and content on this website are the property of Ekam by Seri and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

We take great care in crafting and packaging every order, but Ekam by Seri is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
